Review the guidelines below and collect your documentation before submitting a request for an excused absence.

申请请假

请注意: In an emergency (student's unexpected hospitalization, death of a parent/guardian, etc.) that would prevent a student from being on campus to physically provide the form above to their faculty, an Emergency Excused Absence may be requested from the 教务长 by emailing lkoenig@bjjiewa.com. Emergency Excused Absences may be requested by parents/guardians in the event a student is unable to make such a request.

请假指南

These guidelines are designed to assist those students who are unable to attend classes for a period of time exceeding five (5) days due to a military, 公民, 医疗, 紧急原因或学校赞助的活动. 学生 absent from classes for a period of five (5) or fewer days should consult with individual faculty and the Dean of the appropriate college for assistance.

学生 absent as described in these guidelines should provide documentation to the Dean of the appropriate college, who will review the documentation and may issue an Excused Absence notation to the student for presentation to faculty.

学生 who are excused from class for any reason are responsible for all work, 材料, 学习经验, 和需求 listed in the course syllabus and from the instructor. 教师 should work with the individual student to allow appropriate time and support for the student to complete the work, 材料, 学习经验, 和需求.

University-Sponsored活动

University-Sponsored活动

The participant’s name will be included on an official attendance list provided by the faculty sponsor, 教练, 或者其他大学官员.
